TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please carefully read and fully understand the General Terms & Conditions before you sign!

1. Passports & Visas: 


A valid passport, (at least 6 months valid from return date) is required for all. AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC, the Travel Agency doing business as Amazing Catholic Journeys,  assumes no liability for passport or visa procurements (except otherwise stated). 


2. Reservations and Payments:
A deposit of $500 per person is required at time of registration, except for Israel & Mexico, $300 per person registration fee is required, along with signed reservation form. Final Balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Reservations may be cancelled if full payment is not received 60 days prior to departure. Reservations received less than 60 days prior to departure date must be paid in full.


3. Baggage Allowance:
The passenger typically may check in 1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 50 lbs/23 kgs. Airline rules may vary and may charge a checked in luggage. Luggage is the passenger’s responsibility and that of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly. 


4. Tour Price:
The price of the tour is based on cash, credit card or check basis, for 20 passengers minimum, double occupancy and is subject to change. Tour price may also change due to taxes, conversion rate, fuel surcharges, or other factors, which will be communicated to passengers prior to departure. Credit Cards are accepted with surhcarge fee (MC, Visa, Discover, Amex). Make check(s) payable to:

5.  Not Included in Tour Price: 
Customs, visa fees, optional tours, excess baggage charges, lunch meals, drinks and food not on the regular table d'hôte menu, as well as all other items of a personal nature and any other service not specifically mentioned in the itinerary. Service charges at hotels and restaurants have been prepaid. The customary tip to our escort and driver at the end of the tour is not included unless specified differently under “Inclusive”. All tours are based on min 20 people in the group unless it is specified differently. Some tours are custom made and can be priced for less than 20 participants higher at a higher cost. 


6. Refund and Deviations and Changes of Tour Arrangements: 
Unused hotel accommodations or any tour segments or services are non-refundable, nor can one change it for other accommodations or services. If there is to be any reason to change features of the tour for the group, any additional expenses will be charged to the tour members. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, hotels substituted will be the equivalent of those shown. There will be additional charges of 20.00$ per person for revisions. Revisions fee will not be waived for medical reasons. Prices quoted are for double occupancy. 


7. Single Room and Private Baths: 
In exceptional cases, where private bath or single rooms are not available, refund will be made based on the actual cost reduction or upon completion of the tour. 


8. Rooming: 
The Travel agency will do all possible to pair together passengers willing to share a room. If this cannot be arranged, the passenger is responsible for the single supplement charge. 


9. Cancellation Policy & Penalties: 
All cancellations are subject to a $200 per person administration fee, in addition to the schedule below. It must be in writing: mail, or email. AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC reserves the right to cancel a tour for valid reasons. Penalties are not assessed to the pilgrims when tours are cancelled by AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC. The Tour Agency is not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC . Cancellations due to state travel advisories and/or state travel warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster such as hurricanes or any other circumstances outside the control of the tour agency will not be eligible for refund, hence I was strongly advised to purchase a Travel Insurance Policy. Cancellations, request for refunds due to death or sickness should be covered by my travel insurance, hence likewise, getting a travel Insurance prior to my travel was strongly advised as well. 


If I cancel my reservation, my right to receive a refund is limited as it is shown in the following schedules. All requests for refunds must be sent to Amazing Travels LLC in writing. Charges for cancellation of the tour will be assessed by the participating airlines, tour operators/suppliers, and hotels as follows:

CANCELATION POLICY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
→ Penalty of 25% of total tour price for 180-119 days prior to departure.

→ Penalty of 50% of total tour price for 120-89 days prior to departure.

→ No refund in case of cancellation 90 days or less prior to the scheduled departure.

Cancellation charges also apply as per hotel accommodations penalty & refund policies. Refunds are processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid, with any remaining balance paid by US Dollar check.


10. Air Fare Facts: 
Air fares quoted are subject to change without notice and are based on fares in effect as per date specified. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. Late bookings can be accepted at higher fares. I understand that air fares are Non-Refundable, unless covered by a Travel Insurance.


11. Responsibility Clause: 
The Travel Agency, AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC, DBA AMAZING CATHOLIC JOURNEYS is responsible to me in making arrangements for the tour services offered in the itinerary, if specified in the INCLUSIVES: including transportation, sightseeing, daily breakfast, dinner and hotel accommodations. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees or servants of, or joint ventures with AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC.
All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by the Travel agency are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which services are supplied. If the services included on the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Travel agency we will arrange for the provision of comparable services whenever possible. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants and any resulting savings will be refunded by Travel Agency to tour participants. Travel agency reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever Travel agency deems it necessary for the security, comfort, or convenience, of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time. If Travel agency cancels a tour, it shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all money paid to Travel Agency by the tour participant. The tour participant agrees that Travel Agency and its officers, staff and employees shall not be liable for any damages, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expenses occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. No person, other than an authorized representative of Travel Agency by a document in writing, is authorized to vary any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC , the Travel Agency, their tour operators, and their representatives including the land representative and tour guide(s), act only as agents for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, or any other services in connection with the itinerary. AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC  as agent shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of any person or supplier of services providing any of the services, programs or accommodations offered in connection with a tour. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their plane. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and passengers. AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC  assumes no liability at all for any death, injury, illness, quarantine, sickness, diseases, natural disaster, damage, loss delay, accident, terrorism, expense, defect or any abnormality which may result from my participation in any activity during the tour. AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC  is not responsible for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults or hotel over-bookings, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, riots or insurrections or criminal acts committed by third parties, political disorders of any type or other such similar causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary as may be deemed desirable and in the best interests of the tour party.


12. Final Documents: 
Final documents are issued upon receipt of final payment only. Documents are not guaranteed if final payment is not received on time. At receipt of my documents, I am responsible to check itinerary, spelling of my name on my plane tickets, dates and other important information.
If for any reasons, I do not want to purchase trip cancellation, interruption insurance and medical travel insurance, I will hold the tour agency, AMAZING TRAVELS & CRUISES, LLC, DBA AMAZING CATHOLIC JOURNEYS, their officers, employees, staff and related agents  and tour operators harmless in any matters. I shall indemnify and hold the Travel agency, and its agents including their officers, employees, staff and tour operators harmless from any and all health claims, sickness, death, losses, damages or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any claim asserted by any person for loss of, or damage or injury to, persons or property caused by any act, fault, or neglect of my own or any person on during the trip consent whether actual or implied. The Travel agency, and its agents including their officers, employees, staff and tour operators shall not be liable for any injuries, death, health claims, loss of items/baggage, damages, illness, natural disaster, fire, storm, missing or loss of personal properties during the trip, riots or insurrections or criminal acts committed by third parties, political disorders of any type or other such similar causes during the trip. All such losses, damages or expenses will have to be borne by me and that I was strongly encouraged by Travel Agency & their officers, employees and staff to purchase my own Travel & Insurance.
My signature below proves that I have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above by the Travel Agency and their officers, employees, staff, agents and their tour operators.
